A 41-year-old man in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, is facing serious charges after being accused of sexually abusing a young girl. According to the Lebanon County District Attorney's Office, Jose Ivan Rodriguez Santos was arrested on April 4, 2025, and is being held on $250,000 bail.
Rodriguez Santos’ partner reportedly operates a daycare center out of a residence on North Fifth Street in Lebanon, although it is not yet confirmed whether the victim was a child in that facility. The case has prompted growing concern from local families and authorities alike, as the investigation continues to explore potential risks to other children.
Authorities state that the investigation began in March 2025, when Lebanon County detectives were alerted to the possible sexual assault of an 8-year-old girl. The child later told investigators that Rodriguez Santos had touched her inappropriately on multiple occasions. She detailed that he had touched her vaginal area with both his hands and penis, providing clear testimony that led to the formal charges.
Rodriguez Santos now faces multiple felony charges, including:
Indecent Assault
Unlawful Contact With a Minor
Corruption of Minors
Indecent Exposure
He is currently incarcerated as the legal process unfolds, and investigators are working to determine whether other children may have been harmed.
In response to the arrest, the Lebanon County District Attorney’s Office has issued a public appeal. Families whose children attended the daycare center on North Fifth Street in Lebanon are urged to come forward if they suspect any inappropriate behavior.
Detective Ryan Adams is leading the investigation and can be contacted at (717) 228-4403. His team is actively working to identify any other potential victims who may have interacted with Rodriguez Santos in or around the daycare setting.
